  • All products listed are subject to availability.

  • Images and descriptions are for reference only. Actual product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.

  • Pendant Sets do not include chains, unless explicitly mentioned.

  • Orders will be processed only upon successful payment confirmation.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to update pricing and offers at any time without prior notice.

  • Payments are accepted via secure third-party gateways such as Razorpay, PhonePe, or others.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We currently ship across India only.

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days and delivered within 7–10 business days.

  • Delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, courier issues) are not our responsibility.

5. Returns and Exchanges

  • We accept returns or exchanges only in cases of:

    • Incorrect item delivered

    • Product defect or damage during transit

  • A full unboxing video from start to end is required as proof, sent within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email.

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging.

6. Cancellations

  • Once placed and/or dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
