Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery typically takes 7-10 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may require additional time.

3. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping across India on all prepaid orders.
COD (Cash on Delivery) not available.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with tracking details to monitor your delivery.

5. Incorrect Address/Undelivered Orders

If a prepaid order is undelivered due to an incorrect address/contact details/pincode or multiple failed delivery attempts, we can reship the order at an additional charge of ₹200.

6. Damaged Packages or Items

If your package arrives damaged or the item is defective upon delivery, kindly record a full unboxing video from start to finish and share it via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of receiving the item. We’ll be happy to assist with a replacement, subject to review.

7. International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within India.
